Ingredients:
5-6 Tablespoons Ground Almonds
2-3 Tablespoons Seseame Seeds
2 Tablespoons Flax Seeds
3 tablespoons Agave Nectar or Honey
2 Tablespoons Nutivia Coconut Manna or Coconut Oil Butter or desiccated Coconut
(Nutivia Coconut Manna: CREAMY WHOLE COCONUT: Coconut Manna™ is a delicious whole food, made of pure, dried coconut flesh. This tropical “melts in your mouth” treat contains 12% fiber and 9% protein and nourishing fats. I’m addicted to the stuff. Tastes so good!!)
Directions:
Preheat oven at 200 degrees.
Mix all ingredients to form a malleable dough. If not malleable enough and still crumbly add a bit more Agave or Honey. On a baking sheet place greaseproof paper and grease with coconut oil. (I use coconut oil as it’s stable in high heat)
When all is mixed in well, pinch of pieces and roll between your palms to form little balls. Place balls on greaseproof paper (Spaced out). Then press each ball down with your fore and middle finger to flatten them. Place them in the preheated oven for 5-8 mins.
Then take out when light golden brown in colour and leave to cool. Will be soft to touch on the outside but will firm up once it’s cool. Enjoy!!
